Chocs ini terbahagi kepada 2 kategori, Couverture Chocolate (Gred A) atau Compound Chocolate (Gred B).

Choc Gred A adalah lebih mahal berbanding Gred B, menjadi pilihan penggemar coklat sebenar, tapi honestly, kedua2 nya adalah sedaap=)

Untuk keraian yg besar seperti doorgift perkahwinan selalunya menggunakan Gred B, kerana walaupun lebih murah, ia tetap berkualiti tinggi & seenak rs couverture.
